Marigold is made by Rita and German García at Silleda in Galicia.  Their handmade cheeses are produced in limited batches using milk from their freely grazing cows. Marigold is inspired by an old recipe, matured in cloth with cream butter.

Marigold won the Silver medal at the World Cheese Awards.
