Our Organic Garrotxa comes from Catalonia and is made by Isidre Mas & Lluís Mauri. It is one of the most iconic cheeses of the region with a history rooted in antiquity. Almost extinct in the 1980s, it has now been revived to our delight.
Our Organic Garrotxa has been awarded a gold medal at the Worlds Cheese Awards.
