Truffle Manchego is made from pasteurised sheep's milk. It has a soft and dense texture with crushed black truffles and deep nutty and mushroomy notes with an intense aromatic flavour. Matured over six months. It is an elegant cheese, very well-balanced between sweet, creamy and mushroomy flavours. It is a must cheese for your Christmas cheeseboard!
