This Basque Style pate paté contains coarse pieces of pork, to be enjoyed straight from the fridge spread on toasted bread, with a gherkin on the side.

Ingredients: pork (forequarter) 54%,pork liver 33%, milk, eggs, salt, Espelette spice 1%, Cognac, other spices, natural flavours.
