  • Made from unpasteurised goat’s milk

Coscollet is made by the farmhouse L’Oliva in Catalonia.  L’Aina and Arnau make artisanal cheeses in very limited quantities with milk from Alpine goats which is known for its aromatic nature and exceptional taste.

Coscollet won the Silver medal at the World Cheese Awards.
