  • Made from unpasteurised goat’s milk with smoked paprika
  • Soft cheese with a creamy texture
  • Soft notes of background acidity, very aromatic and well- balanced with a pleasant aroma of the smoked paprika.
  • Maturation period: 20 days

Gason is made by the farmhouse of la Rueda in Villamalea, Albacete.  Jose Luis uses milk from La Mancha goats known for its intense flavour and aromas
