keen's Cheddar is made in Somerset using raw milk from the family's own herd, to a long-standing family recipe. Matured for over 12 months, ensuring each cheese develops the moist texture, tang and full-bodied complex flavour typical of a Keen's Cheddar. It has a densely rich and creamy texture, and layers of flavour that can range from savoury to juicy and bright, with a pleasing tang of acidity.
