  • Made from unpasteurised goat’s milk
  • Moist and soft inside with a dry wobbly rind coated in ash
  • Sour and salty notes which become sweeter with age
  • Maturation period: 20 days - 180g

Lo Cendrat is made by Aina Vinyes and Arnau Quingles in very limited quantities using milk from Alpine goats.

Lo Cendrat won the Silver medal at the World Cheese Awards.
