Moluengo

  • Made from unpasteurised goat’s milk
  • Soft cheese with silky texture, coated in vegetable ash
  • Soft notes of background acidity, very aromatic and pleasant with spicy notes for a long lasting finish
  • Maturation period: 20 days - 350g

Moluengo is made in Villamalea, Albacete by cheesemaker Jose Luis Abellán. Each cheese is handcrafted using milk from La Mancha goats known for its intense flavour.

Moluengo won the Silver medal at the World Cheese Awards.
