The Organic Santa Gadea Red is made by Alfonso Pérez-Andújar on his farm in Burgos. The estate has over 1,000 goats roaming free which feed on GM, chemical, herbicide and fertiliser free crops to produces rich, organic milk.
The creamy inside is perfect for dipping or on toast.
